As consultant to Shoalts & Zaback Architects responsible for condition survey and historic analysis for three historic military buildings. All are classified by Federal Heritage Building Review Office. Report included cost estimates and draft conservation guidelines. (1994)

   

  

Fort Frontenac consists largely of early 19^th C. 
British structures but is built on the site of the original 
Fort Frontenac built by the French in the late 17^th and early 18^th C.
